Following the completion of my MArch studies, I was approached by a private client to complete a series of iterations for the development of an existing semi-detached home in Canterbury, Kent.
The proposed options, detailed A and B respectively, were devised to aligned with permitted development and a full planning application respectively.
The aim was to maximise the usable space on the ground and first floors. Implementing an open plan on the ground floor and up to four bedrooms on the first.
