During the global COVID-19 pandemic, I was approached to complete a single storey extension for a detached house in Selsted, Kent.
Having completed several virtual meetings with the client and carrying out socially distanced site visits, this two room extension was proposed and put forward for a Lawful Development Certificate with Folkestone & Hythe District Council.
Following the approval, the extension was completed in June 2021.
